The Alkira Promise

As an Alkira model,  your safety comes first. You can have confidence in the treatment you receive as our clinical educators are  highly experienced APHRA registered healthcare professionals and will supervise your treatment every step of the way. Alkira's responsible provision of cosmetic medical procedures is underpinned by strict adherence to best practice guidelines  at our dedicated medical facility.

We promise to treat you with dignity and respect and aim to provide the best experience from assessment through to post-care and beyond.

To ensure smooth operations and accommodate other clients, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' prior notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

If you provide less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend an appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to retain any deposit paid as compensation for the allocated time and resources.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible. However, consistent adherence to this policy allows us to better serve all our clients and maintain the efficiency of our schedule.

If your model appointment is not confirmed by you within 24 hours of your appointment either via text message/ phone call/ SMS reminder, Alkira Aesthetics reserves the right to refill the appointment time with another model.

Alkira Aesthetics follows the refund policy in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act (Australian Consumer Law). Please note that refunds are not given for change of mind.

 

You may be eligible for an exchange or refund of a product or service under the following circumstances:

The item is faulty.

The item is substantially unfit for its intended purpose and cannot be fixed within a reasonable timeframe.

The item is unsafe or creates an unsafe situation.

The item is significantly different from its description/sample.

If there is a problem with a product or service that can be fixed, we will attempt to remedy it within a reasonable time. If a remedy is not possible, the above conditions will apply, and you may be entitled to an exchange or refund.

 

Please keep and provide your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) for all refunds and exchanges.

 

Please note that customer results may vary, and therefore, no refund or exchange will be given if the service or product did not achieve the desired result, excluding any faults or major problems mentioned above.

 

This refund policy applies to the purchase of pre-paid treatments, including packages for multiple treatments, and you agree to abide by these conditions.

Cosmetic treatments require full and proper consultation to discuss a treatment plan, eligibility and possible outcomes including education in the side effects, risks and complications.   With all cosmetic injectable treatment, individual outcome will vary.   Medical and financial consent are discussed at the consultation.
